Refund Policy

Most items in the KTOWN213 MERCH shop are printed or produced only after you order them — small batches, made to order, not pulled off a shelf. Because of that, our return policy works a little differently than a typical retailer's. Read below for how order changes, damage, and defects are handled.
Made-to-order items are final sale
Apparel and other made-to-order items are produced specifically for your order once it's placed. We're not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, color, fit, or change of mind. Please check the Sizing & Care guide before ordering — measurements are listed for every size we carry.
Order changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it at support@ktown213.com. Once an order enters production we can no longer modify or cancel it, and the policy above applies.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact support@ktown213.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review it and, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a refund. Claims made after 14 days may not be eligible.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows a delay or your package hasn't arrived, let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help file a claim with the carrier. Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, KTOWN213 MERCH is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing times may add a few extra days on top of that. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
EU & UK customers
Because most KTOWN213 MERCH items are produced only after you order them, they may qualify as custom-made goods and fall outside the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and UK consumer law. If applicable law nonetheless entitles you to a cancellation period for your order, contact us at support@ktown213.com and we'll work with you directly.
